The Automobile and the State: 1930s Cover Art from R.A.C.I., the Royal Automobile Club of Italy

Albert R. Bochroch Collection

The Albert R. Bochroch Collection consists of several thousand images he took at 1960s motor sports races. Strengths include the United States Grand Prix, the Los Angeles Times Grand Prix at Riverside, California and Bahamas Speed Week. Bochroch also documented the great endurance road races of the 1960s including the 24 Hours of Le Mans, Reims, the 12 Hours Of Sebring and the Daytona races. Al Bochroch is a noted author and race historian. This collection includes rare images of the Race of Two Worlds held at Monza, Italy in the late 1950s and the Puerto Rico Grand Prix.
